Bubinga Stave Snare Drum
Bubinga is an African hardwood, sometimes called African rosewood. Its color can range from a light pink to a dark reddish brown and its figuring has myriad variations as well.
With a wide tuning range, distinctive attack, and rich tone, bubinga is a classic choice for stave snares. This 5.75 x 14” snare has chrome hardware, including the DW Mag throw off/ 5 position butt plate and 3 mm triple flanged hoops.
Bearing edges are 45 degrees with an 1/8” roundover and wide, shallow snare beds. It comes equipped with Evans heads and PureSound 30 strand snares.
